By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any design orders or services provided by UBTACH™.

1. Revision Policy

UBTACH™ offers unlimited revisions based on the package you select. Customers can request revisions without additional charges as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. The typical revision turnaround time is 48 hours. Major design changes may incur extra charges.

2. Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

We do not offer refunds after the design concepts have been approved or the initial designs delivered. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Requests Are Fulfilled As Stated Below:

• If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
• If the request is made within 48 hours of delivery, a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) will be provided.
• If the request is made between 48 to 120 hours after initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of design delivery. However, we encourage you to reach out to us for any concerns.
• No refund requests will be entertained if no action has been taken on the order for 30 days after placing the order. Reactivating a design order will incur a fee.
• No refunds will be provided after final files have been delivered.
• For website packages, no refund will be provided once the website has been completed or deployed live.
• For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard design.
• Refund requests must be submitted to UBTACH’s support department, who reserves the right to approve or disapprove the request on a case-by-case basis.
• For UBTACH/Custom packages, the refund terms are the same as those for single packages.
• A refund request must be supported by a valid reason based on the design brief and customer feedback. Refunds will not be provided if the design aligns with the brief, but further revisions will be offered until full satisfaction is achieved.
• No refunds are provided if you change your mind after purchasing.
• Money-back guarantees are valid only if the order is made in good faith. If the customer places orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intent of claiming a refund, we reserve the right to decline the request.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted. Any similarity to existing logos will be purely coincidental, and UBTACH™ is not liable for any claims regarding design resemblances.
• SEO, social media management, and other service payments are non-refundable once paid, regardless of project progress.
• Content writing, trademark, and patent fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for any legal paperwork services.
• If the client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, UBTACH™ reserves the right to suspend the project and apply reactivation fees.

We will resolve your concern according to our revision policy. If not resolved, we will send you a refund approval email. Once a refund is processed, UBTACH™ will own the design rights, and you will no longer have the right to use any design sent by us.

4. My Account

It is your responsibility to check the “My Account” area regularly for updates, feedback, or instructions from the designer. Failure to do so does not provide grounds for a refund. For any questions or assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

5. Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers ensure that your specifications are met accurately. Each design is created after thorough research, ensuring both quality and uniqueness.

6. Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting are included with applicable website packages. Email accounts will be provided only if hosting is done through us. There are no refunds for hosting, domain, or email server packages.

7. Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to your “My Account” section as specified in the Order Confirmation. We offer a Rush Delivery service for an additional fee to expedite your first design samples.

8. Customer Support

We provide 24-hour customer support to assist you with any questions or concerns. Our team will respond promptly to your inquiries.

9. Communication Policy

UBTACH™ is not liable for any communication from email addresses or phone numbers that do not belong to our official domain or listed company contact information.

10. Access to Information

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and current. UBTACH™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if the information is found to be incorrect.

11. Prohibitions

The company will assist with 3rd party integrations but will not assume responsibility for any third-party dealings during the development process.
